In this gentle variation of Hatha Yoga, we take the time to adapt postures to your needs. No rush, no sun salutations, just strength and relaxation.

About the lesson

Gentle Hatha Yoga is a gentle, accessible class in which we take time to carefully build postures. There are no sun salutations as in regular Hatha Yoga, but we still work with active muscle power.

A Gentle Hatha Yoga class is offered on Tuesday evening, women only.

We begin with a long warm-up, allowing your body to become supple and relaxed to the postures. Because we take longer per pose, you can sink deeper into the practice and feel more consciously what your body needs. The class ends with a long relaxation so you can completely unwind.

Afterwards we drink a cup of tea together to end the class relaxed.
