About Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga strengthens both body and mind. The class starts gently and builds up to static poses, adapted to your own level. We end with a deep relaxation.
Hatha Yoga helps you become comfortable in challenging postures. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and sun salutations to warm up the body. Then, static postures follow that you can adjust to your own level.
By staying longer in the postures, you build strength and stability, and learn to better handle discomfort. This not only strengthens your body but also enhances your mental focus. The class ends with a long relaxation, allowing you to continue your day fully restored.
