Moving Consciously
This class combines Hatha Yoga with somatic techniques to increase your body awareness. Through subtle movements, you learn to release tension and deepen relaxation.
Hatha Somatics is an innovative approach to Hatha Yoga in which we work with small, deliberate movements to release tension and blockages. Instead of staying directly in a posture, we explore how subtle adjustments in movement work through to the whole body.
This class helps you better feel where you are holding tension and how to release it. This promotes not only flexibility, but also a deeper connection between body and mind. Hatha Somatics is appropriate for all levels and offers a gentle, mindful way to work on your yoga practice.
