This class combines elements of Hatha and Flow Yoga. We follow the calm structure of a Hatha session and add the fluid movements of Flow. You first move repeatedly through one or more poses, then hold a pose for a longer time.
Hatha Flow Yoga brings together the best of both worlds. The class follows the structure of a classical Hatha Yoga class, but adds the dynamics of Flow Yoga.
We start with a gentle warm-up and then build up with flowing movements between postures. First you move through a posture several times, then hold it to feel its effects more deeply. This provides a combination of flexibility, strength and conscious breathing.
Whether you seek more stability or just want to move smoothly, Hatha Flow Yoga offers the ideal balance.
