Flow Yoga is a dynamic and energetic yoga class in which the postures follow each other in a flowing movement. Using the breath as a guide creates a natural flow that is both relaxing and challenging.

If you are familiar with Hatha Yoga you will recognize many postures, but because of the continuous movement you will experience them in a whole new way. Extra attention goes to the core so you build stability and strength. This class is perfect for people who do not like to sit still and are looking for an active form of yoga.
